On July 21, 2025, ACDS hosted its annual Golf and Tennis outing at Hempstead Golf & Country Club. The event honored Kristen Burke, Market President Commercial Banking – Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn and Head of Business Banking New York State at Valley Bank. It also celebrated Chris LeDour, a resident of ACDS’s Hellenos House for sixteen years. The sold-out event we raised a record-breaking $156,000!​ proceeds which will benefit the ACDS Foundation which supports lifetime programs serving people with developmental disabilities and their families. Valley Bank was the event’s Foundation Sponsor and Presenting Sponsors were ProCFO Partners and Empire Adventure Park. Numerous on-the-course contests were featured and first-rate raffle and silent auction prizes were showcased at this memorable event.
