ACDS’s mission is dedicated to providing lifetime resources of exceptional quality, innovation and inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities and their families.

Our ultimate goal is to empower every individual we serve to achieve their full potential, at every stage of their life, from birth through adulthood.

We have been serving the disabled since 1966, long before society decided that the public sector should provide support.

Much has changed since then – the majority of our financial resources come from government funding. However, there is a gap in that funding that must be filled by the generosity of individuals and organizations that understand and are supportive of our mission.
