Considered the “front line of ACDS” the Family Service Department provides support to parents through service coordination, assisting in development of an Individualized Family Service Plan (ISFP) outlining early intervention services, individual and group counseling, advocacy, community education, parent training, crisis intervention, respite and planning of special events.
Counseling and support groups are also offered to extended family members, including grandparents and siblings.
Bilingual services are also provided.
